Privacy Policy
Effective October 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AdWhip ("AdWhip," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit adwhip.com or use our services.
1. Information we collect
- Information you send us: your name, email address, business name and any details you share when you contact us or sign up.
- Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited details such as your name, email and payment status, but we do not store full card numbers.
- Account and campaign data: when you give us access to ad accounts, analytics, your store or your email tools, we access the data in them only to deliver our services.
- Website data: this website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.
2. How we use information
- To provide, manage and improve our services.
- To bill you and keep accurate business records.
- To communicate with you about your account and our services.
- To keep our services secure and meet legal obligations.
3. Customer data we handle for clients
For services such as Email Butler, we process our clients' customer information (for example, names, email addresses and order details) on the client's behalf and under the client's instructions, only to deliver the services. Our clients are responsible for having the right to share that data and to contact those customers. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor unsubscribe requests.
4. How we share information
We share information only with providers that help us run our business and deliver services, such as Stripe (payments), our web host, email delivery tools and the ad platforms we manage for you, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide our services, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to know how it is used. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. To make a request, email team@adwhip.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
8. Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
